Appointment Time
Please arrive 5 mins before your scheduled appointment time.
Late for Appointment
In the event that you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, (to avoid inconveniencing other clients who are ahead and/or on time) you will be required to reschedule if it can not be accommodated in the clinics day of schedule.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card number on file is required to book any appointments.
Should you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment at all, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked treatment value, charged to the credit card provided. If your treatment is prepaid, you will forgo one session of your prepaid service.
Consultations
Consultations appointments are 15 mins, and at no charge. Please advise the clinic if you wish to book a treatment following your consultation, in which our Cancellation Policy will be followed. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice cancellation for all consultations.
Clinic Reschedule
In the event that Laser Vantage Skin Solutions may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate a time that is convenient for you for your next rebooked appointment.
