Covid-19 Clinic Safety Protocols

 

We have completely sanitized our clinic space, and are excited to welcome you back!

Laser Vantage has developed an extensive health and safety plan and we are invested in providing a safe and healthy work environment for our technicians and clients.  Jessica has recently been certified in Dermalogica’s New Principles of Enhanced Service Safety, focusing on achieving highest safety standards in the skincare industry.  While your treatment may feel a little different with the new measures in place, Laser Vantage is fully committed to providing you with a exceptional service with your comfort in mind.

Here is what the new Clinic Protocols includes;

  1. We prescreen clients and employees for sickness and contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases. PLEASE DO NOT come for your appointment if you are feeling ill in anyway. Call or email to reschedule. This is to insure the health and safety of employees and your clients.

  2. We recommend that clients in high-risk, vulnerable groups do not get treatments.

  3. We maintain physical distancing in common areas.

  4. Masks are required in common areas. We wear clean masks, face shields and aprons during treatments.

  5. We wash and sanitize hands repeatedly.

  6. We recommend thorough hand washing instead of gloves.

  7. We disinfect professional use products after each use.

  8. Our beds are clean with freshly laundered linens for each client.

  9. We clean and disinfect all equipment and surfaces before use.

  10. We store clean and dirty items and tools separately.

  11. We disinfect high-touch areas hourly.

  12. We clean retail testers before and after use, apply testers to hands and avoid jars.

Appointment Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  If you are early we ask you to kindly wait outside until your scheduled appointment time. 

Clinic Reschedule

In the event that Laser Vantage Skin Solutions may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate a time that is convenient for you for your next rebooked appointment.
